Rumor: She-Hulk series will introduce the Hulk’s son, Skaar, to the MCU

By Stephen Ippolito | June 12th, 2021

With filming underway, Marvel Studios’ upcoming series She-Hulk has been making headlines recently. Now a new rumor might have just made the biggest headline about the Disney+ series so far.

According to The Direct, the Hulk’s son, Skaar, will appear at some point in the series.

For those unfamiliar with the character, Skaar was introduced in the comics at the very end of 2007’s World War Hulk event. Born on the planet Sakaar, he was conceived during the Planet Hulk series, a story partially adapted into 2017’s Thor: Ragnarok.

It could be that during the two years before meeting Thor in Ragnarok, the Hulk might have been getting it on with some of the locals. If he survived Thanos’ snap, then enough time should have passed (5-7 years) for Skaar to grow into his own before appearing in the series.

Personally, I have my doubts about this rumor. The Direct has been reliable in the past, but for some reason, this story just seems too much of a stretch. I hope I’m wrong but will just have to wait and see.

She-Hulk will star Tatiana Maslany as Jennifer Walters (AKA She-Hulk), Ginger Gonzaga as her best friend, Renée Elise Goldsberry as Amelia, Jameela Jamil as Titania, and Tim Roth as Emil Blonsky (AKA The Abomination). It will of course also see Mark Ruffalo reprise his role as Bruce Banner (AKA The Hulk).

Look for She-Hulk to hit the Disney streaming service sometime in 2022.

  1. I wasn’t too big on Professor Hulk in Endgame, and I ain’t too big on She Hulk but I’m really excited about Abomination returning for this film it makes The Incredible Hulk feel more like part of the MCU I really think that The Incredible Hulk is pretty good film and I like all the characters and whatnot. What do you think of the Incredible Hulk and the up coming She Hulk series??
