“Thor: Love and Thunder” looks like it has added a writer to aid writer/director Taika Waititi. According to Variety, Waititi, fresh off an Oscar win, has looked to Jennifer Kaytin Robinson to assist him with writing the fourth installment of the “Thor” franchise. Robinson is best known for writing and directing the Netflix film “Someone Great”
It was announced last summer during San Diego Comic-Con that “Thor” would be returning to the big screen with Waititi returning to write and direct. Along with Chris Hemsworth (Thor) and Tessa Thompson (Valkyrie), the crowd got a surprise treat when Waititi announced Natalie Portman (Jane Foster) would be returning to the series to play a female version of “Thor”. Fans got another surprise when multiple outlets reported last month that Oscar winner Christian Bale was in discussions for an undisclosed role in the film.
“Thor: Love and Thunder” is slated to open November 5, 2021.
