While MCU fans wait for news on when The Falcon and Winter Soldier will be released, Marvel Studios will try and start production on another of their new big-budgeted shows for Disney+. According to Murphy’s Multiverse, the Studio is looking to begin production on Ms. Marvel in November.
The report also says shooting will take place in Atlanta and run through March 2021. The outlet does note that with the uncertainty of the ongoing Coroanavirus pandemic, there’s always a chance it could be pushed back. Production was supposed to begin next month but like almost every project in Hollywood, it was delayed.
Announced last August at Disney’s D23 event, the series will follow Kamala Khan. An Inhuman who can extend her limbs and alter her appearance. Similar to the Fantastic Four’s Mister Fantastic. There’s no word on who will play Khan or when the series will be released.
One other nugget that Murphy’s Multiverse reported was that this will not be the first time we see Khan in the MCU. She will apparently pop up in another film or series. The question now becomes, what will it be?
