Marvel Studios releases the first Moon Knight clip

By Stephen Ippolito | March 17th, 2022

Marvel Studios has dropped the first official clip for their upcoming series Moon Knight. In the one-minute video, a frightened Steven Grant (played by Oscar Isaac) is pursued by the Egyptian Moon God Khonshu.

In the comics, Khonshu is the one that gives Marc Spector/Grant his powers. While we didn’t hear him speak in the clip, it’s been reported that he will be voiced by Oscar-winning actor F. Murray Abraham.

Moon Knight doesn’t premiere on Disney+ until March 30. However, starting today, media members in the U.S. have been given access to watch the show’s first four episodes (six total in series). Like always with these situations, they will be allowed to post their reviews/reaction before the series is released to the rest of us.

Moon Knight was directed by Mohamed Diab, Justin Benson, and Aaron Moorhead, while Jeremy Slater (The Umbrella Academy) served as showrunner and head writer. Along with Isaac, the series will star Ethan Hawke and May Calamawy.

So what did you think of the clip?
