Marvel Studios releases first Moon Knight trailer; will premiere on Disney+ on March 30

After being teased on Saturday, the first trailer for the upcoming MCU show Moon Knight has finally arrived. It was also announced that the Marvel Studios produced show will premiere on Disney+ on March 30.

The first official synopsis for the six episode series was also released.

The series follows Steven Grant, a mild-mannered gift-shop employee, who becomes plagued with blackouts and memories of another life. Steven discovers he has dissociative identity disorder and shares a body with mercenary Marc Spector. As Steven/Marc’s enemies converge upon them, they must navigate their complex identities while thrust into a deadly mystery among the powerful gods of Egypt.  

Based off the popular character from the comics, Moon Knight will star Oscar Isaac as Marc Spector/Steven Grant (AKA Moon Knight), May Calamawy in an undisclosed role, and Ethan Hawke as the show’s villain.

Jeremy Slater is serving the series’ showrunner (The Umbrella Academy), while Mohamed Diab, Justin Benson, and Aaron Moorhead will serve as its directors.

In addition, the first poster has also been released.
