A couple of weeks ago, the Tampa Bay Comic Book Convention broke the news that WandaVision would continue shooting next month in Los Angeles. The story made sense since most of the country looks like it is getting back to work. Expected to air on Disney+ in December, the series will see Elizabeth Olsen (Scarlet Witch) and Paul Bettany (Vision) return to their MCU roles.
The show will also see the return of Kat Dennings as Darcy Lewis and Randall Park as Jimmy Woo. It will also introduce a new character, described as “the noisy neighbor,” that will be played by Kathryn Hahn. In an interview with The Playlist, Hahn confirmed that she will return for more shooting next month.
“I’ve got a little bit left on WandaVision, but who knows, who knows…” Hahn said. “It is another surreal, awesome swing into another genre, but it’s been so fun. I wish I could tell you a thing about it but I can’t or else I’d just disappear from this Zoom box. It’s gonna be fabulous. I can’t say anything else!”
Not much is known about the series or who Hahn is playing. Some have speculated that she is playing Agatha Harkness. In the comics, she’s someone that mentors the Scarlet Witch in using her powers.
For those that saw Avengers: Infinity War, know that at the moment, Vision is dead. After seeing the teaser that was released in February, some think that the Scarlet Witch will use her reality-warping abilities to bring Vision back to life. These powers are something she uses in the House of M storyline in the comics.
