On Friday, we got our answer to will there be a second season of Falcon and the Winter Soldier. According to The Hollywood Reporter, a fourth Captain America film is in the works. The outlet also reports that showrunner Malcolm Spellman will pen the script with Dalan Musson.
If you saw last night’s finale of Falcon and the Winter Soldier, then your know that Anthony Mackie’s Sam Wilson finally takes up the Captain America mantle. It’s expected that this film will continue Wilson’s story in that role. This more than likely means that we will not be getting a second season of the Disney+ series.
The Mother of Dragons is coming to the MCU! On Tuesday Variety reported that Emilia Clarke is in “final negotiations” to join the upcoming Marvel Studios series Secret Invasion. The outlet did not reveal what character she will be playing.

Uh oh, Kevin Feige is not going to like this. During an interview this week on Australian radio station Joy 94.9, Russell Crowe revealed that he will be playing Zeus in the upcoming Phase 4 film Thor: Love and Thunder. Crowe’s involvement in the film was confirmed a few weeks back when he was spotted at a rugby match in Australia with Chris Hemsworth.
In the comics, Zeus has had many run-ins and team-ups with the God of Thunder over the years. He is the ruler of Mount Olympus, where many gods based on Greek mythology reside. He’s also the father of Hercules whose also had a long history with Thor. Last summer, it was rumored that Hercules would debut sometime in Phase 4. Since then however, there’s been no word on when that will be.
