On Monday night, Sony Pictures officially released the highly anticipated Spider-Man: No Way Home trailer. As expected, the trailer confirms that the film will heavy involve the multiverse.
No Way Home trailer breaks Avengers: Endgame’s record to become the most-watched trailer of all-time in a 24-hour span
Two days after it’s release, Sony Pictures announced that the trailer managed to bring in 355.5M global views in its first 24 hours, making it the most-watched trailer of all-time in that time span. The previous record-holder was of course, Avengers: Endgame, which brought in 289M views.
To put it in comparison, Sony also said that it more than doubled the previous Spider-Man film’s second trailer (Spider-Man: Far From Home), which brought in 135M views when it was released in 2019.
Letitia Wright was hospitalized after suffering a minor injury on the set of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever
During an overnight shoot this week on the set of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever in Boston, MA, actress Letitia Wright was hospitalized after suffering a minor injury. Wright, who plays Shuri in the MCU, sustained the injury during a stunt with a rig.
Wright was released on Wednesday and the injury will not have any impact on the film’s shooting schedule.
Marvel Studios is developing a Halloween special for Disney+; will reportedly involve Werewolf by Night
In the report, it’s said that the studio is looking to cast a “Latino male in his 30s” for the lead role. It’s also said that filming could begin sometime in “early 2022.” If this is accurate, then this would leave me to believe that it could be released around Halloween of next year.
