Patrick Stewart breaks his silence on the trailer’s big reveal

Almost a week after the trailer was released, Stewart, who has been doing a media circuit to promote the second season of his upcoming show Star Trek: Picard, addressed the big reveal in an interview with Kevin McCarthy.

During a separate interview with ComicBook.com, Stewart suggested in a comedic matter that someone might be trying to imitate his voice.

 “You know, people have been imitating my voice ever since I came on the stage 60 years ago. So, I can’t be held responsible for that.”

Ryan Reynolds says he’s not in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness

There have been a lot of rumors going around on who will appear in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. After Last Sunday’s trailer, one of those was obviously proven to be accurate when we heard the voice of Stewart’s Xavier. However, there’s still a couple that we’re still waiting to see on, like Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool.

Well, during an interview with Variety that was released on Tuesday, the actor was asked point-blank if he is in the Doctor Strange sequel.

“I’m really not in the movie,” Reynolds insisted. “I’m promising, I’m not in the movie.”

Marvel Studios taps Moon Knight directors Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead to helm Loki season 2

On Thursday, Deadline was the first to report that Marvel Studios has chosen Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead to direct the “majority” of episodes for the second season of Loki. The duo replace Kate Herron, who announced shortly after season one that she would not return. 

This is not the first MCU show that the two have directed before as they helmed a couple of episodes of the upcoming Disney+ series Moon Knight. According to Deadline, the studio was so impressed with their work on the Oscar Isaac-led series that they immediately began to look for other projects for them to work on.

New Moon Knight Super Bowl TV Spot released

After dropping the epic Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness trailer, Marvel Studios continued to impress during last week’s Super Bowl by releasing a new TV Spot for their upcoming Disney+ series Moon Knight. While it was just 30 seconds long, the spot did offer some new footage that wasn’t shown in the first trailer.

Spider-Man: No Way Home passes Avatar to become the third highest-grossing domestic movie of all time

Nearly two months after its release, Spider-Man: No Way Home is still achieving milestones at the box office. On Monday, after bringing in $1M, the Sony and Marvel Studios film officially passed Avatar ($760.5M) to become the third highest-grossing movie of all-time in North America with $761M.

The film has obviously been very profitable for both Sony and Disney. Back in December, it was reported by Deadline that if the film made $1.75B globally, then the combined net profit for both studios would be at least $610M (Sony’s cut $458M, Disney’s $152.5M). As for how much Holland was paid for the role, it was reported that he received around $10M.
