On what would have been his 44th birthday, Marvel Studios and it’s parent company Disney has changed the intro of Black Panther on Disney+ to honor the late Chadwick Boseman. Where the typical Marvel Studios intro usually plays, there is now a reel of snippets of Boseman on and off-screen. You can check it out below.

The MCU world is still grieving over the actor’s death. Boseman’s popularity as T’Challa blew up in the 2018 film Black Panther. He would reprise the role again in Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame.

Recently we learned that despite Boseman’s passing, Black Panther 2 is still a go and will begin filming in July. It was not said if the role of T’Challa will be recast. However, it did say that Letitia Wright, who played his sister Shuri, will have a “more prominent role”. Speculation has now begun that she will take over the role of Black Panther, something her character does in the comics.
