The first trailer for Marvel Studios’ upcoming She-Hulk series (now titled She-Hulk: Attorney at Law) dropped this afternoon. After being reported earlier this week, it was also confirmed that the nine-episode series will arrive on Disney+ on August 17.
As you can see, we’re given our first official full look at She-Hulk, whose played by Tatiana Maslany. So far online, fans have given the appearance mixed reviews, with most complaints being about the CGI. While some shots of the 6-foot-7-inch green giant look good, some make it look like the rendering isn’t finished yet. With two months until its release, hopefully the studio can get that fixed by than.
In addition to Maslany’s She-Hulk, we’re also shown Mark Ruffalo’s Professor Hulk, Tim Roth’s Abomination, Jameela Jamil’s Titania, and what appears to be the character known as Frog Man. While we don’t see him in this trailer, the show’s official synopsis says that Benedict Wong will also appear as Wong.
She-Hulk: Attorney at Law follows Jennifer Walters as she navigates the complicated life of a single, 30-something attorney who also happens to be a green 6-foot-7-inch superpowered hulk. The nine-episode series welcomes a host of MCU vets, including Mark Ruffalo as Smart Hulk, Tim Roth as Emil Blonsky/the Abomination, and Benedict Wong as Wong. The cast also includes Ginger Gonzaga, Josh Segarra, Jameela Jamil, Jon Bass and Renée Elise Goldsberry.
Directed by Kat Coiro (Episodes 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9) and Anu Valia (Episodes 5, 6, 7) with Jessica Gao as head writer, the series is executive produced by Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Brad Winderbaum, Kat Coiro, and Jessica Gao. Co-executive producers are Wendy Jacobson and Jennifer Booth.Marvel.com
In addition, the studio also released the show’s first official poster.
